The Legend Of Hachlings RP

Okay, this may have been done before, but not in this way.

You are a hachling. simple. the race? Why ANY of course. wanna be a dragon hachling? Go ahead! wanna be a Pokemon! do so! wanna be an evil monster of your creation? be my guest! Wanna be A xenomorph? Okay, but grow sat a reasonable rate and don't be OP. the Only 2 rules for picking you Chars race is: it must hach from an egg. It must start from a baby. no haching into a full blown monster.

Here is Da Cach. There is a Dark presence about, which will do anything and everything to have you under its controll. and when you've been abandoned, this could be hard to avoid...

The Rules:

1. This is a semi literate/ literate RP, so somewhere in between there posting standerds would be fine!
2. Describe your haching in your first post, this ensures that the first person who posts is the oldest.
3. No META GAMEING! meta gaming is where your char knows somthing that it couldn't possibly know, learned from the OOC. anyone found do ing this will be sanctioned.
4. no major plot twists please, by all means make your mark, just don't change the total RP. only I can do that!
5. YOU can be the dark presence. just PM me and let me know and I'll let you sort and controll him. this is the only time you arn't a hachling.
6. GODMODDING! this is one of the worst possable crimes, second only to Character control in my mind. it is were you make somthing automaticly hit/dodge out of an unavoidable attack.
7. the worst crime. Character control. If you are caugh Controling without permision from the Person, then you will be warned. do it again and you will be warned more severly. do it a 3rd time and your outa the RP. and char control posts WILL be modifyed.
8. use OOC when talking out of Character. and IC when in. this makes it a LOT easyer to understand you.
9. ANY hachling is acceptable, from ANY race, Including copyrights. just don't tell the government...
10. there is a 3 strike system with theese rules. once you've done something wrong twice, do it again and your out. it sound harsh, but I don't want my RP killed.
11. only 3 chars at a time please.

The first post:

Three eggs lay scattered around the world. more would follow, but theese were the first...

In a forest a Small egg in a nest of leaves stired, wobbled and cracked. then again. then again. then a small horned head apeared from the top. it continued cracking until a fine young Dragon had emerged from the egg. tired after the haching, it lay down in its nest of leaves and brush, compleately cover from veiw. its green scales rippled as it sniffed the air. it lay down and thought, I am Born. what is my name.... It thought for a while and came up with emeraldi. he decided this was perfect as he settled down to sleep...

In A Research Lab for Humans many miles away. another egg stired. it cracked and the top fell off reveralling a Face hugger. It crawled out of its egg and moved around the room, instinctivly searching for dark places in which to hide and pounce on a human...

Still Further away was another Egg. white, with Spots. It to started to crack at the same time as the others. this egg simply fell apeart as a small Riolu emerged from its center. it could sence the auras around it and knew it had no parents. it got up and slowly walked to a hollow tree, in wich it could rest for a while...

OOC: double posting is alowed here is no one answers in a few hours.

Emeraldi Glanced around his nest and streached. he rose and proceded out into the world. he looked at the old and worn trees, hinking of the parents that had left him here... He moved into the forest, searching for somthing to eat...

The Facehugger known as number 9 lept of the wall, attacking the person who had been sent inside. it layed the embryo inside him and died. but now there was an even bigger threat...

The Riolu Moved out of the tree, deciding to try and find some berrys. it came across some large appitiesing looking berrys, so it gathered them up and when back to its tree...

i'm gonna join.... but i gotta think of a creature first.

OOC: So, first post...

It was so small, enclosed, warm, it hated it, it was not going to stay here any longer it had decided, hearing a satifying crack. The egg fell apart. The ghastly rose from it, it wasn't sure what is was, but this foul bright light was in his eyes, it was warm, it felt horrible... It hovered over to a small tree into the shade, it prefered this. It hovered to a small dark gap under the tree and entered it, it was empty, though, it would of been hard for anything else to have entered it. The Ghastly fell asleep soon after.

The dark one awoke in the dark chamber from wich it ruled the new empire. The emeror was just a diversion, he was in control here. his red eyes scanned the pich black. he closed his eyes again, Scanning the landscape. 4 hachlings had apeared. he MUST have them he thought. with them his power would extend over the world... yes he thought. they will be mine....

The Ghastly woke up, it was dark, that sun wasn't around either. Perfect The Ghastly thought, it floated out from the hole, into the night, it thought it sensed something, it turned quickly, but it was just a squrriel, Though Ghastly found the beast interesting at first then concluded it may become a irritation. Ghastly floated away, it found some interesting purple berries, and decided to put his fangs into one, it was very tasty and Ghastly quickly ate the rest of it, he heard something else, but it was just a black bird.

Emeraldi wandered for a bit. A small bird perched on a bush infront of him. He snapped it up, leaveing just a few feathers... he moved towards the middle of a small clearing, scanning his environment... here was as good a place as any... he thought to himself. he moved underneath a tree near him. it had producing root, sticking at odd angles out from the ground. he made a sort of nest under the roots. night fell and emeraldi settled to sleep

The Riolu Moved out of the tree when Night fell, prefuring to hone its abbilitys at night. it practiced the abbilitys it knew and learned Force palm in the process... it practiced through the night and went back to its tree to eat its berrys...

Night fell and the worker was alseep. the Chest burster started to push againts the workers ribcage. the unfortuate worker was rushed to a lab, where the Alien exploded out of its chest, into a containment tube. it was then transfered into a cell in with its growth would be monitored...

The Ghastly floated off, it tried something on a squirrel, a tiny purple ball was formed and flew at the squirrel, it missed and hit a tree. It wasn't what the Ghastly was hoping for, but it was better then nothing. The Ghastly floated off and inspected a plant, it thought it heard another thing, but there was nothing around. It must of been my imagination Thought Ghastly uncertainly.

Emeraldi Slept through the night....

The Riolu had finished its breif meal and was back out training...

the alien had grow into a drone. It had a number 9 Branded on its head. the crawled arond its small cell. the door opened and a very scared human entered. it had no weapons. The alien wached it as it banged against the door. It leapt and landed behind the person with a small patter. the person spun around. but it wasn't there... then a mouth bit part of his head off. not the aliens mouth. but its tounge. the alien was hanging above him...

Ghastly got bored, it had went back under the tree again and got comfortable, it thought about a stone he had seen earlier, then, rolled a twig around that was under the tree, then, getting bored, he fell asleep, but kept waking up, and decided to go back outside, it was still dark, and decided to examine a stone.

Description: Silica Wyrm in a long cold silver body, color changing mane, long thin head, symilar to a grass snake.


Silica couldn't see. there was something big in his way. crawling from the reamins of his egg, he was shocked to feel the coolness of the ice, and drew back. finally, he slithered on, cringeing. slowly, he made his way around the dark object in front of him. finally, he came to the other side. it was another of his kind. he knew immediately, even though the colors had dulled to grey and the usually lumenecent eyes were pale in death. the creature had many wounds along the stomach, and a large matal implement was stuck in it's underside. blood dripped from it's half open mouth.

OOC: Okay. please post your characters stuff in da info thread!

In a patch of grass where no one cared to look, an egg was sitting there, just waiting for something. It moved, and began to crack. Out came one little nubby foot, and then another. The two little feet ran around for a moment before gravity took over, and it fell over, leaving the little feet to kick desperately in the air. After a second, the entire egg cracked, leaving Bladen the Budew sitting there, looking around. She wondered what to do now... Maybe she could run around in the grass!

So she did.

It was morning by now, so Emeradli streached and moved off... he found a small nest of blackbird eggs. they were tastey. he continued to move forward until he saw a city. Knowing that this place was trouble he decided to hang aroung in the woods outside... (this is where gastly is)!

Number 9 Crawled around his cell, looking for an exit. he had done this for several days. The last time had resulted in him chewing off a gas pipe. this knocked him out. he was very enraged by now. every time someone walked past, he would jump at the Indestruciglass that let people observe him. crawling on it ever searching for a way out.... then he found it...

The Riolu was on the move... it was moving towards civilisation. the better to increase its knowledge. it moved towards the Budew...

The Dark pressence scanned the land. it was pleased that 2 of the now 6 Haclings were near Dracon...

Bladen was rolling around in the grass, enjoying herself. She let anyone in the general vicinity know by her gleeful squeaks.

Ghastly woke up, it was light, too bright, but, he didn't want to sleep any more so went outside, he looked around quickly, thinking he had heard something, but there was nothing there, the Ghastly floated off and played with a small twig, got bored with it and broke it, he thought he heard something again, but still nothing.

Emeraldi heard a twig snap... he looked around to see what happened. but it was nothing... he continued to eat his little bird he had caught...

9 Had found a small vent inside the cell. it was reinfored, but the scientists hadn't counted on the Aliens acid blood. it cutitself and let some blood fall on the vent, melting it. it crawled inside and ran through the vents, trying to find a way out. or a human. the scampering alerted the guards... they burst into the cell to find 9 escaped... then 9 found them... this didn't end well...

Riolu herd the crys of fun. He senced the aura of a budew nearby. he decied to go invesigate. he burst through the brush and found the budew playing merrily...

Bladen was to happy to notice the Riolu right then, but she did after a second. She looked at the Riolu, and then ran over and snuggled right next to it. She squeaked again, and then looked at the Riolu.

The Ghastly tried a berry growing on a bush before his blackish form melded back into the shadows. He saw something, the gleaming of green scales. Probably just some shiny grass... He thought, edging closer to the dragon but staying in the shadows.

Emeraldi glanced at the shadows, not noticing the gastly (It's not spelled with a 'H') he moved into the clearing and ate a berry growing on the bush. not liking it, he spat it out and shuddered. he snapped up a small bird instead...

9 was back in the vents, but now the station was on High alert. as he scammpered through the vents gunfire burst through the bottom as desperate scienists tryed to shoot him. then he found the end. he bashed through a wall and escaped out into the world. now in a forest, he proceded to escape from the base and elude the search partys. now he was lose...

Rilou was overwhelmed by the budews frankness. ((in this RP all the Hachlings understand each other for some reason) he pushed it away slightly and ate some berrys he had with him. he offered some to the Budew...

Bladen smiled and began eating the berries, and then ran up to the Riolu and gave it another 'hug' ((Budew doesn't have arms, but you get the point)).

Gastly came out of the shadows into the view of emeraldi, waited, before chasing after something into the shadows again, then stopped, confused.

Emeraldi's head snapped round and saw the gastly go back into the shadows. he followed, but hicupped. this may have been unnoticable but unfortuatly he was a dragon, and a small jet of flame came from his mouth...


9 ran through the forrest, searching for more things to kill. he found a port. He ran scaled the walls. on the whole ilse was on high alert now. he ran forward and managed to stow away on a ship...

Rilou was touched. he started trying to find some sort of tree to sleap in... somewhere where they would be safe.

Gastly hissed at Emraldi, whos small fire nearly managed to touch him, he was about to attack, then seemed to think better of it then floated off angrily.
